WHAT IS THE MEDIA?
When speaking about the media, you are not only limited to the social aspect of it such as Facebook and Instagram. Media includes magazines, television, advertisements, and even the radio. Many organizations use a source of media to promote their products as well as people using media to promote a certain lifestyle.

WHAT IS MEDIA USED FOR?
According to The Pew Research Center, approximately seven-in-ten Americans use media, especially social media. The New York Times provided information stating the generation that uses media most is in fact Generation X. This information is surprising considering the worldwide misconception that Millennial's are the ones who use media most. Media users are on the rise as technology becomes more advanced.
